Delivery Information

Terms and Conditions:

• All Handsets are subject to strict Quality Control
• Damaged/Lost handsets and accessories will be charged at the full list price
• Retention of handsets after the slated rental period will be subject to a rental rate equivalent to that as quoted
• All rental handsets must be returned before 12pm unless otherwise stated
• Please allow at least 3 working days for processing
• Payment Terms: Cash on delivery or Nets only
• A $20 surcharge per trip is applicable for collection or delivery of rental equipment that is less than $200 per invoice.
• Whereas the area as Jurong Island, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sand and Changi Airport will be charge $35 per trip.
